Construction management software · India

Every site. Every day. On record.

SuperWise is construction management software for Indian contractors, developers and PMCs. Site teams log progress, deliveries and measurements from their phones; the office approves, buys and bills from the same record.

The gap between site and office

The slab was cast on Tuesday. The office heard on Friday.

The cement was “delivered”. Nobody counted the bags.

The RA bill waited three weeks for one measurement sheet.

SuperWise closes that gap. What happens on site goes on record as it happens, with a photo, a location and a time, and everyone from the store keeper to the director works from the same record.

Site to bill

Run the site from the office. Without a single phone call.

01 · Site progress

Know what happened on site today. Not at the monthly review.

Engineers update tasks from their phones as the work happens. The daily progress report writes itself, and the schedule shows any delay against its baseline.

  • Every update carries a photo, a GPS location and a time
  • Progress is logged against the approved schedule and its baseline

02 · Materials

Every bag of cement, accounted for.

Indent, purchase order, delivery challan and supplier bill are one chain. The gate checks each truck against the order, and the bill can only claim what the site accepted.

  • Short deliveries show against the order at the gate, not at month end
  • Three photos per delivery: the loaded vehicle, the empty one and the material
  • Supplier bills reconciled to accepted deliveries
Material management
A material indent waits in the purchaser's queue, and the purchase order form opens filled in from it. The purchaser adds the supplier and submits; the approver accepts it on the phone, and the list shows the order Accepted.
03 · Billing

RA bills built from measurements, not memory.

Measurements recorded on site feed the running account bill line by line, so your billing engineer checks quantities instead of chasing them.

  • Measurement book linked to BOQ items and the work order
  • Each bill moves from draft to submitted, approved and paid
  • Retention and mobilisation advance applied from the work order

SuperWise AI

AI in SuperWise today

The help agent is in the portal today. An AI schedule builder is in development.

  1. Help agent

The help agent answers questions about SuperWise from the product guide. It can also act for the signed-in user in narrow ways: draft a purchase order or a material indent, log task progress, generate a DPR link, raise a site issue, or validate and import a bulk CSV. Actions follow the user's portal privileges, and the portal API enforces them.

  2. AI schedule builder In development

The builder talks through a project with the project manager, then drafts schedule templates and playground nodes from the conversation.

The SuperWise help panel docked beside the purchase orders list: a how-do-I answer with steps, then a purchase order draft for a supplier with three items and a total, a Review draft button and a note that approval follows the company workflow.
The SuperWise schedule builder: the discovery conversation on the left, the generated template tree with durations in the centre, and the pre-assembly checks for orphan tasks, dependency cycles and required fields with an Assemble in playground button.
