Daily Progress Report (DPR)
A daily site log of the work done, labour and machinery deployed, material used and any delays, written at the end of each shift.
What is Daily Progress Report (DPR)?
A Daily Progress Report (DPR) is the site record that supervisors write at the end of each shift. It lists the tasks done, the labour and machinery deployed and the materials consumed, and notes weather delays and other site hindrances.
Practical example
A supervisor's DPR states that 50 cu.m of concreting was completed on Slab 2. It records 15 carpenters and 20 unskilled labourers, one concrete pump, and a 2-hour delay because of heavy rain.
In SuperWise
SuperWise generates the DPR for one date, or for a date range, as a PDF or an Excel file. You pick the sections: site progress, measurement sheets, material deliveries and stock, labour, site issues, attendance and checklists. Options add a cover page, delivery photos and weather data.
