Farvision ERP and SuperWise: one ledger, one site record

Farvision's own pages describe an ERP for real estate, from land bank to handover. SuperWise is not a general ledger. This page says when an ERP, a site system or both make sense.

At a glance

Three rows of the comparison: SuperWise and Farvision
Topic SuperWise Farvision
Procurement and stores Yes Yes
Accounts No Yes
Measurement book Yes Not found

Farvision statements read on . Not found means the pages we read do not mention it.

The SuperWise purchase orders list: procurement tabs, a four-figure summary strip, search and status filters, and a full-width table of orders with supplier, delivery date, amount, a status label and the approval state.

Where Farvision fits well

Farvision's pages describe an ERP purpose-built for real estate, where horizontal ERPs are not, covering the path from land bank to handover. They list BOQ to pay with work orders and certification, an indent, PO, GRN and invoice chain, and accounts down to GL, AP, AR, treasury and fixed assets.

They also list sales from enquiry to booking and payroll from hire to retire. If you want one system of record across land, sales, procurement, contracts and accounts, Farvision's own pages describe that breadth, and SuperWise does not offer it.

Fit, side by side

Who should choose which

Pick on the work you need done first. Each side rests on something the product states or documents.

Choose SuperWise if

  • Your gap is on site: delivery challans with photos, checklists, issues and the daily progress report.
  • You need measurement sheets in measurement book format that feed RA bills against work orders.
  • You keep accounts elsewhere and want a site record that marks each bill passed to Tally.

Where SuperWise differs

SuperWise concentrates on the site and contract side: daily records from site, delivery challans with a quality status, measurement sheets, and RA bills against work orders. It does not set out to be the ledger. A bill inward can be marked as passed to Tally, with who did it and when.

Farvision lists progressive payment certification and sub-contractor billing. The pages we read do not mention a measurement book, which is where SuperWise takes the quantities of an RA bill from.

Audit and evidence

In SuperWise the evidence travels with the site record: quality status and photos on the delivery challan, attachments on the issue, and the approver, date and comments at each approval step.

Farvision lists bill submission and approvals. What each approval stores is not on the pages we read.

Integrations with other tools

SuperWise imports MPP, XML and Excel schedules, exports reports as Excel and PDF, and has six Zapier triggers and three actions.

Farvision says it is API-based and cloud-native and integrates with whatever else your business runs, and it lists Power BI dashboards out of the box. If an API and a BI layer are requirements, that is Farvision's stronger side on its own description.

How a rollout runs

An ERP rollout and a site-system rollout differ in size. SuperWise needs company masters, a project BOQ and work orders for billing, and site entries can begin on one project before the rest.

If an ERP already holds your ledgers, treat SuperWise as the site and contract layer beside it and keep accounts where they are.

Migration and onboarding

SuperWise documents no importer for ERP data. Resources import from Excel and the schedule from an MPP, XML or Excel file. BOQ and work orders are entered in the product, so plan time for that.

Do not switch off an ERP on the strength of this page. Farvision's pages we read describe a much wider scope than SuperWise covers.

Frequently asked questions

Does SuperWise replace an ERP like Farvision?

No. Farvision's pages describe land, sales, procurement, contracts, accounts and payroll in one ERP. SuperWise covers site records, measurement sheets and RA bills, and hands accounts to your ledger.

Where do accounts live if I use SuperWise?

In your accounts system. SuperWise has no general ledger in its product guide. A bill inward carries a marker for having been passed to Tally, with who and when, and reports download as Excel.

Does SuperWise have measurement sheets and RA bills?

Yes. Measurement sheets use the measurement book format and feed an RA bill, which runs against a work order with retention and mobilization deductions. The Farvision pages we read do not mention a measurement book.

Which Farvision pages did you read?

farvisionerp.com and farvision.in, on 3 November 2026. The older address gamutinfosystems.com refused the connection that day, so no statement here relies on it. The farvisionerp.com footer names Gamut Infosystems Ltd.

How do I check the Farvision statements?

Each statement is quoted in the Sources list with the day we read the page. Open the link and search for the phrase, and read the current page before you decide.
